Can't get Passive Entry to Work with New Fobs and AlfaODB

Hey guys, I have a 2015 ram 1500 sport with passive entry. My 2 OEM fobs have been getting worse and worse over the past 2 years and so I bought some 3rd party fobs to try to program. I'm using AlfaODB and I still have the 2 OEM fobs. I've tried 3 different aftermarket fobs (all with highly rated amazon reviews, some mentioning they successfully got passive entry working) and all 3 succeed in the AlfaODB programming procedure. They work fine to lock/unlock remotely. Remote start, panic and keyless ignition all work, but I can't get the passive entry working with any of the 3. Passive entry still works fine with the oem fobs, so I know the truck's system works. I've gone through pretty much every setting I can find in AlfaODB as well as downloaded the status of the rf model with the oem fob and with one of the aftermarket fobs to compare, but nothing is coming up that would point to the issue. I've also tried searching various forums and using chatgpt to no avail. I thought with trying the 3 different aftermarket fobs, at least one would work, but now I'm not sure sure. Anyone run I to this type of issue before?

I should mention I've also tried many combinations of swapping fob batteries and power cycling the truck. I've also left the battery of the truck disconnected for 48 hours and tried again, all with the same results.

I just did this exact thing and am also having the same issue. I know that does not help you but maybe someone will know the answer. My FOBIK is the 5 button, and everything works on the 2 fobs I have added to my truck except the passive entry/lock.
