Hello all , I just installed In-Channel Vent visor P/N 194101 on my 2014 Ram Q.C.
From Lund international.

This review is only on quality of product and installation .

I'll post up more info once I've had a chance to drive with them a bit .

Quality is as solid as you'd ever want on a vent visor ! 10 out of 10 imo .

I purchased from AutoAnything | Auto Accessories & Aftermarket Parts | Truck Accessories & Car Accessories - Floor Mats, Tonneau Covers & Car Covers

Co$t with shipping for me $69.99
I've read they can be found cheeper elsewhere ...

Packaging was great , shipping was fast and the kit includes " good" not great install instructions.

Kit includes all you need : small scotch Brite pad , alcohol pads and the visors with the 3M tape preapplied .

My advice = just follow the instructions included with the kit and pay close attention to my first picture , which shows how to install the front of the driver / passenger windows visor .
It goes between the mirrors plastic base and the rubber seal , the rest of the visors front and back actually go inside the window channel .
Several pics below , enjoy ....

Make sure you clean the felt really good and allow time for drying , or just blow it dry with shop air as I did , if available.

Like the instructions say peel off the front & backside tape cover a few inches , get everything in place and seated , then pull the tags off while the visor is in place , finally roll up the windows and keep them up for approximately 24 hrs.

☆☆☆☆☆EDIT ☆☆☆☆☆
I did have to hold the visors tightly in place on both the front & back to get the windows up all the way initially , but after a hot day with them up all is well !

I have them and have found the wind noise much too loud. I've left them on because I like leaving my windows down a little when parked. But will soon try another style or/and brand.

Definitely have some increased wind noise with them installed. I use them so I can leave my windows cracked in the summer time and I remove them once the weather turns cooler. I have done this with the last 3 vehicles I have had.

There is another thread on here that it's discussed in. Most notice increase using the AVS in channel. Having used them on all my previous Dodge Rams and my Jeep, I was surprised. Since this is the only application that I've had this complaint.

I have hearing loss but I also have tinnitus and so wind noise does have a negative effect on me. Tinnitus is also why I didn't add CAI or any header, muffler changes to this pickup. I also chose a outdoorsman for its single exhaust. So for me the added noise is BAD[emoji35]!

Thanks guys , well only a couple of drives into work and home with these so far .
I like the look of the in channel very sleek imo .
As far as noise , if I turn off the AC & radio I can here them but not bad at all . I do have bad hearing , but the wife has bionic hearing (don't they all )
She says they arn't as bad as the ones on her Magnum .

It rained today and I was able to leave my windows cracked all day !

Is there any way to get the white AVS logo off of them?

I haven't tried this but I'd say M.E.K. would do it .
Methyl Ethyl Keyton

Try quick strokes , fast single directional wipes .

MEK lightly disolves plastics and is the best thing for deep cleaning .

I'd be surprised if it didn't work .

Hope this helps !

Try wetting a rag with wd-40 and wiping it lightly
