Son bought a 2019 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi from Seth Wadley CDJR. Within 2 months of purchase, exhaust manifolds cracked. We paid for the parts and Seth Wadley CDJR provided the labor to replace. I thought that was a very fair deal. If I buy another Ram in the future, it will be from Seth Wadley CDJR in Pauls Valley, OK.

How many miles on the 19? Manifolds are part of the drive train warranty to 60k. Cracked manifolds on the 19s is very common.

Believe it had 65K. Maybe they pulled a fast one on us but it seemed fair and cost less to fix than buying a warranty.

If it had over 60k they did you right. I had a 19 that my daughter & her husband have now. They’re close to 90k on it & the manifolds, replaced under warranty, is the only mechanical issue it’s had. Their 8.4 infotainment screen is delaminating but it’s still working. The unit doesn’t need replaced, it can be repaired, it’s just a tedious task so they haven’t done it.
