Ok first off her tranny is only a year and a half old, and its making a very loud noise as if there were a large nut or bolt inside spinning around. She loses power like all the way down to 40 and then 35 . She also gets hot . ALL fluids are ok, and so now she sits parked in the driveway . The clunking noise is really what bothers me though . Any body with any info or ideas I would really appreciate the input.

Are you 100% certain the noise is coming from the tranny? Clunking noise and power loss sounds a lot like your cat (right next to the transmission) is coming apart and clogging.
