I wish I had gone amp rather than nfabs. But the badges are easy for me to let go of took me a year for my wife to agree once I pulled em she can't believe she waited.

Agreed, I keep looking at all badges wanting to take them off but I just cant bring myself to do it just yet. I guess one thing at a time. Next on the list are my amp Powersteps.

Better now than later on that color.

There some cool black hemi emblems if you have to have em and black out the grill it will be sharp

I would agree, however I unlike most actually like the sport grill so I really want to keep that, so there has to be some chrome spread out all over to make it not stand out as much. I do however have my eye on some black badges.
I'm with you on the sport grill.. I think it looks awesome on the blue.. I say plasti dip your badges for now to see if you wanna buy the black ones... I think it would be the perfect balance with those rims and that grill..

Well I tried some plasti-dip on the front emblem, I have to be honest, I don't think Im a big fan of it.

Any idea how hard it is to remove plasti-dip?

If you put a single thing layer.. If only did one thin layer.. A few minutes.. If you put like three or four coats.. Should peel off pretty quick.. Just start rubbing it with your thumb to get some friction and it will come up

Easy to peel off would look great if the grill was black as well. If you don't like on emblem rub until it begins to peel and it will peel off in few mins

Just did.. Unless they got a promo code I don't know about.. That's about an average price.. What is the 4 link relocation system they are talking about?

Here you go, I painted the RAM as well to see what it would look like. I Like the black on the sides of the truck but i think between the headlights, fog lights, and grill I should keep the silver center badge.

I think you should yank the ram 1500 off and dip hemi black and leave the 5.7 red.. Then leave the grill emblem black.. That would look sick.. But leaving it all chrome would look sick too..

This is my 13. Will give you a idea of what it looks like with the dipped ram letter and no 1500. Also took my hemi badge off. Personally I wanted no fender badges.

flyguy, this is just my two cents, but with that blue, i would leave the emblems chrome. i would have gone with chrome wheels too. that blue is beautiful. i think the chrome would really compliment that color.

however, looking at your front emblem, i think i will plasti dip mine black, as well as the tailgate emblem. my truck is bright white and has black handles, mirrors etc...i think the black emblems would make sense for me.

But again, that blue truck is gorgeous! i guess the great thing about plasti dip is the ability to change it on a whim!

I kept the chrome on my blue truck. Thought it went well together.
