SHUDDER/VIBRATION

I HAVE A RAM 2500 BIG HORN WITH THE 6.4 HEMI AND 8 SPEED TRANS AND AT 40 MPH AND 1500 RPM`s THE TRUCK HAS A SHUDDER/VIBRATION THAT WAS NOT PRESENT OFF THE LOT. THE TRUCK HAS 11K MILES AND THE PROBLEM STARTED AT 9K. CHRYSLER SAID THIS PROBLEM IS NORMAL. I THINK IT IS EITHER IN THE TORQUE CONVERTER OR NO SPIN CLUTCHES IN THE RESR END. ANY IDEAS OR FIX?

TRY ANOTHER DEALER WHO IS WILLING TO HELP, THIS SHOULD BE A WARRANTY ISSUE.

MDS kicking in maybe? Do you have the eco light illuminating on the dash when this happens? If so maybe you are feeling it drop down to 4cyl. Some people feel it and some dont. Is it happening when you are lightly accelerating or letting off the gas? Or happening as you try to accelerate? Need some more info on what your dealing with.

Is it low rpm shudder, put truck in tow haul and see it if still shudders.
