Smaller replacement key fob?

Does anyone make a smaller aftermarket key fob for these 5Gens? Don't know why they made these so huge. Would love to be able to find something smaller like my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob, which is about half the size.

/i had to go look in my coat to see how big these things are its been so long since i have seen it, i do not find them big but that is just me.. Does the truck recognize the phone app when in the truck so you are able to start? then you could just leave the fob at home. Only other option that i could think of is a aftermarket system but most of their fob's are the same size
