Mopar P/N: 68283703AA. I upgraded my radio and had to also upgrade the media hub. This one works perfectly. It's missing one of four tabs (see photos) but this shouldn't affect it from locking into place.

No, this is the media hub from a 2014 Ram 1500. That year doesn't have Apple Carplay or Android Auto.
