The adjustable mounting brackets are already attached to the lights. The only thing needed to mount would be 4 bolts or screws of choice to whatever you're mounting to.

I've never opened it and it's doesn't state on the packaging or RC's website anywhere. Just looking at the harness in the packaging, I would say it is long enough to run from the battery to the rear bumper.
