Spastic interior lights

Could anyone tell me if it would be the dash cluster or light switch h that would cause my dash light and interior light to just flicker on and off like they are possessed. Its driving me crazy. These are the lights that stay on with my dash and it's almost like the interior lights have some constant power. These pictures was as I drove. 2006 dodge ram 1509 4x4 5.7. I've tried to run the check engine code and all the truck will say is done so I'm guessing the light is on but not a code with it

Are the headlights, tails, marker lights doing it as well?

Nope just my interior lights and cargo light

Damn an I thought my dash looked like Christmas. I’m not of much help, but over the last decade on different ram forums the 06s seemed to be known to have cluster problems. Tho I’ve really only seen people post how there dash will Have problems with the instruments on the dash not so much lights.
