Well I wanted to give you guys an honest heads up and touch base with you guys in case any of you ever run across the same problem with the squeaks and squeals. My father works at Makiak Dodge nearly 1.5 hours away. So I took a good trip up there and he hooked me up with the suspension specialist. My dad claims he's a guru in "front ends" and their dealership pays big money for him to attend school solely for "front ends." Turns out as suspected, all four ball joints were completely done for. Front shocks were good, rear shocks are done. The squeaking and creaking noise? Faulty Steering Rack and Pinion. A little over grand later at the Autoparts store I managed to leave with a broke wallet and a pair of new shocks, two Moog ball upper control arms and ball joints, (2) Moog tie rods/ends (Moog), (2) Moog Lower Ball Joints, (4) new rotors, and new pads. So this week? I'll be working longing hours day and night to unbreak my self, next weekend my truck should feel much better. Also doing a transmission fluid/filter change when I change the brakes.
Wanted to give you guys a heads up and let you know about the Steering Rack and Pinion. That's where most of the squeaking and squealing was coming from. I priced around $201. at Autozone, $201. at RockAuto, $182. at Advance.
Now I have to put some long hours in, you guys enjoy the holiday season and thank ya'll again!
