hey folks 1997 5.2 wont start ran a wire from the positive post of the battery to the back slot of the relay and it started right up. new relay new starter and I am currently staring at the ignition switch and a voltometer. never used one before, and I don't know what numbers I should see. alos my windows no longer roll up or down. anyone got anything for me?
