I have a 99 Ram 1500 5.2 4x4 with starting problems. I have tested the fuel rail and it reads 50psi. No codes show up and runs fine after it finally starts. I had to replace the fuel filter/ regulator do to poor fuel pressure. I also replaced IAC and the PCV. Checked all the lines and saw nothing. I was thinking possible TPS or temp sensor or distributor cap. I have not replaced plug and wire in a while either. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

As soon a I turn off the vehicle the pressure at the rail drops very quick. Is there a way you can check for a leaking injector?

I don't have a gauge at all but I do know that even after I shuu down the enging the fuel rail still has pressure in it for a a few mintues afterwards. How much I'm not sure but its enough to squirt a good stream for a sec or two.
