Steering Wheel Controls Issue

I'm having issues with all the controls on my steering wheel except for the cruise control/gears. Sometimes when I start my truck they all work fine, sometimes none of them work and sometimes the volume might work while my voice command and next/previous song controls don't.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I have an intune with a hemifever tune, is it possible the tuner can be causing this issue? I recently took my truck in for service and they flashed a few of the computer systems.

Since you took your truck in for servicing, that's where I would personally start. Call your dealer and tell them about the issues....

That's probably what I'll do. I just don't have much faith in them and I hate the process of removing and reinstalling the tuner lol.
