step sides hardware removal?

I removed the side steps that came on my truck a few months ago. I decided I want to try and sell them but I'm curious as to how I can remove the hardware? The backing plate, bolt and nut? All I did was just re tighten it all down. So the hardware is still there bolted on to the truck.

Were those factory side bars or after market steps? You should be able to disconnect the bolt on supports--but without looking at what you have, I'm not going to commit to how hard/easy.

Im not sure if they are aftermarket or factory, I bought the truck used and it came with them. These are them...

Those look like aries step bars for sure, not stockers.

Thanks for the brand name. I wasn't sure what brand so I was just gonna ask $100 for them but now I can find the price new, list it for a few dollars lower and negotiate with the price.

You wouldn't know how to remove the hardware would you? Im going to give it a shot at removing it this weekend.
