I'm probably in the wrong area ; 2015 Ram Laramie 1500 / I replaced the E brake shoes, rotors, brake pads, and all hardware including backing plate levers [which were seized] now my problem is I adjusted the shoes till I couldn't turn wheels and backed off till just a slite sound pushed pedel and it went to floor brake will not hold I've removed wheels and rotors 3 times and can't figure out problem . With brake floored i looked at the cable where its hooked up to the backing plate lever and both sides have pulled all the way, any suggestions appreciated. [ all parts O'Rileys ]
