Well I did the conversion on my stock headlights to OEM projectors. Bought the new off a truck, black Projectors off Ebay for 570 shipped. Then I bought the 13+ adapters from retro. Looks good I just hope those resistors don't melt any wires I did my best to make sure the wires where not touching, but I could not tell once the headlights were in place.

Those resistors look like they are in good spots. Other than the driver side. The one under the headloght would be the only one i would worry about. Thats almost where i put mine. Ill get pics if i can today and show you. But looks good, i dont think you should have anything to worry about.
And those lights look amazing on that truck!!!

That's where I put my resistors and after 3 or so weeks now still all good. Did you go OEM or TYC?

I did the same but I went with the chrome lights on my black truck, since the black ones are the more "done" one. Also for the resistors I mounted them to a piece of aluminum and tucked down right where your hand is in that last photo, if you are that concern. Been a few months for me now.
