Stock Radio

For starters i am looking at getting subs in my truck and was wondering if somehow i could wire them into my stock radio?

And second I was looking at my radio and what is the second plug in on the back for?

Look into a line output converter, that will help with the amp install. But I have no idea of a second plug? Picture maybe?

Second plug is probably for adding a factory cd changer.
