Decided it was time to face the inevitable: doing my spark plugs
Figured I'd tackle the right side first, get the hardest ones out of the way & coast through the rest, right?
Well, after removing the air cleaner setup, unclipping the heater hoses & moving them out of the way,
I had no problem reaching the back coil packs & plugs on the right side.
Used the magnetic plug socket and various extensions along with a 3/8" swivel and a mini swiveling ratchet.

Now, on to the "easy" side....;)
Used a moving blanket to lay on, had to get onto the engine and use the mini ratchet to get the coil packs off the back two cylinders under the brake booster. A 3/8" breaker bar loosened the plugs, the mini did the rest.
Being 63 with a broken back at 26, I had to keep getting off the motor to stretch. :(

So, 3 1/2 hours later I have all new plugs. Bought the truck used 2 yrs ago with 102k and now have 120k so I figured these are 'lifetime' plugs :D

Here's the old ones which were the exact same as what I installed.

Took the opportunity to clean the throttle body and upgrade my air flow.
Went from this:

To THIS!!:D:D:D

Butt dyno feels a little different, not really faster, but truck idles smoother.
Also did a Redline 5W30 oil change on Monday and it seems my tick is quieter.
I'm hearing the injectors more than anything else so I'm happy.

Right on. I refuse to use the old school rubber filled spark plug sockets now. I made a nice plastic tray to hold the new plugs & keep them away from anything else. Electric ratchets help too so you're not fighting an air hose to get the back ones.

Did mine almost 2 years ago. Not bad at all...just time consuming.

Gearwrench makes a nice socket and extension that makes the job a lot easier. I think you can get them on Amazon. You did a ton of work and saved yourself a ton of money--congrat's--job well done!!!!!

Moe's Performance, he's a vendor here.
The decals were my own touch.

And yeah, I used the Gearwrench socket, huge time saver!
