I'm eyeballing this programer on eBay that's used and has been returned to stock before the vehicle was sold.

It has the tranny tuning module installed on it already, I'm assuming that will allow me to tune my tranny shift points firmness and get rid of the torque management?

Will this one work for my 09 4.7? It doesn't say on ebay..

I have this same SC tuner on my 07 hemi ram. It performs well. Actually gives that truck alot better throttle response than BD GT tuner on my 12 model. I tried to adjust the tranny shift points and ended up going back to the factory Superchips settings. Do some research on torque management i did and read several things about needing "some" TM to make the tranny shift better. Just a little. I think mine is set at like 6 or 8 % or something like that. I dont know that for a fact, just check it out before you take it all out. I ran it on performance and it ran good with 3.92 gears.
