sway bar clearance

Hey there, as usual Thanks ahead of time for all input. I have 09 1500 4x4, 5100`s in frt. set at 2.1 , stock sway bar end links hitting tie-rods. Replaced with longer ones for 2in lift. Still hitting ! DIY solution , I got longer bolts and blocked sway bar 1/2 in forward of x-member. So far so good ! Anyone ever had to due something like this?

where did you get your 2” lift links from?

I didn't see this when I went to 2.8 on mine. Geometry on a longer link should.take it a few more mm away from the tierod sleeve

Curious if you've checked the sway bar to K frame bushings. If those are shot or wore, I could see this happening.

Yes I have done something similar and drove it for the next twenty years.
No issues.
