+1 on the tailgate lock.

Sucks that someone decided to screw with even one of your tail lights. No idea about a harness though, maybe Autozone would have something like that?

I assume you need the connectors? I'd try a dealership or junk yard, if you want I can open mine up and take a picture of where the wires are suppose to go.

I think jeep guy meant the dealer will have / will order a repair kit. :)

Either his suggestion; or start calling junkyards. However, most junkyards will not like/let you cut wiring harnesses on newer vehicles.

Oh, and while you're at the dealer getting that repair kit, be sure to get a power locking tailgate kit too. :)

thanks for all the replies, i'll check the stealership for a repair kit. autozone had nothing.
i agree as well on locking the tail gate, however my key wont work in it. and prior to today the expense to have it fitted by the dealership was too much to be bothered w/ .
power tail gate, good suggestion i'll have to start looking at where to get one.
jsl5v8, i would greatly appriciate the pic to help me.

That's what I meant. I didn't proof read the auto corrects.

sorry a little confused, why do you need the entire wire harness, I mean if they were cut so far back that you can't add the connector and still reach your tails I guess that makes sense. Are you looking for how the wires are routed?

Go to a local trailer hitch place (u-haul, maybe) and take a look at this kit:

Tow Ready 118425 T-One Connector Assembly

I think you'll find the connectors you are looking for in that kit.

I used the male ends for creating an adapter harness for the LED tails, but the mating ends are there too.

It's for a Jeep, but it's the only one I found with these connectors.
