Tailgate HIng

Does anyone know where to get replacement or rebuild kit for the tailgate hinge on a 1995 Ram 3500. Could not find on google search and Dodge dealer said unavailable. Is there a hinge that can be adapted to this application

Are the metal cups rusted out or the plastic inserts gone?

A couple of pictures might help...or you can start searching. Places like LMC Truck and even Chrysler warehouses might have what you need.
