Fatal mistake, I did not buy enough clear so, I've got to stop here, reassemble my truck except for the rad cover and go get some more clear.
That should give my rad cover a chance to get dry all the way threw.
Engine cover is done. Rad cover is painted and the temp has started to drop. I may have to wait to install the rad cover because we are suppose to drop to the 20's tonight. I will post pictures of everything installed.
My catch can will be the next thing to be painted.
So in summary, you can paint your radiator cover.
Always buy more clear.
Drink beer while you watch your paint dry.

Ya maybe I should have put this in the DIY section. Maybe a moderator can move it there and retitle it how to paint your engine covers, the right way....
Wondering how well the radiator cover holds up over time. Knowing me Im taking mine off almost every weekend to deal with my headlights. But im sure if youre leaving it alone, it should last a while
