Temps normal?

Hey everyone. I apologize in advance. I am new to the forum and to Dodge and couldnt find anything under the search. I just got a 2017 Ram 2500 SLT with the 6.7l. Are these temp normal? The picture is completely unloaded driving around town. I towed my buddies 5000lbs boat last week. It was through rolling hills with short pulls nothing over a 5% all under 1 mile or two long and my coolant hovered between 210 and 220 and the oil was between 220 and 230. I did hear the fans coming on but they didn't cool it back down from those temps.
