Things to replace.

Alright so I have my dash basically out. A few more connections, my steering wheel, and my dash is out. My heater core is new. I have a new ac evaporator. But I NEVER want to pull this dash out EVER again. I might as well weld it in place. So tell me guys, what are other parts I should replace while the dash is out?

If your heater/ac use vacum lines to open and close the vents get those

I'm not an expert on ac so I have no idea what this part is. Just the foam piece. I literally falls apart at the touch. Should I be concerned with replacing it ?

When in doubt with cheap materials, just replace it. You can re-create that piece for a few bucks easy and have peace of mind.
