I've had a good experience to date with BakFlip G2. If I had to do it again, I might go with BakFlip HD for the increased load capacity.

If you get hail, stay away from the BakFlips. They get murdered in hail bug hold up great in rain

Undercover Flex is alum frame with composite panels. Does not touch cab when fully open. About $800 but good reviews.

I have an Advantage brand Hard Hat cover. I like it, but I don't have any experience with any other tonneau covers to compare it to.
