Tipm issues need help

Hey guys, I have a 2012 Cummins and I’m having issues with the tipm well at least I thought. I replaced it and it worked for an hour or so but the truck wouldn't shift it was stuck in first gear I don’t know if it was the trans swap that the old owner did or what. but now it is back to where it was when it first went out (well except it’s not in the driveway anymore lol). I have checked all of the fuses, battery and the connections, the whole 9

Any advice for what I should check next thanks!

Other symptoms include:
Shift indicator says it’s stuck in reverse
Reverse lights don’t work
Horn goes off randomly
Door locks work sometimes
No crank but has power
Trailer brake wasn’t powered on
Fuel pump was either continuously running or not at all
Power seat memory stoped working as well

Ever figure this out? I had some weird electrical gremlins and the fuel pump staying on....then truck stopped working and found that my TIPM was fried....bought a new TIPM and fried that one too so now I have to find a short that is causing the TIPMS to burn up. I replaced the fuel pump a few months ago and thinking it is suspect.
