Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and new to Dodge. I have a 03 2500 quad cab hemi. Bought it all stock from the original owner. I am in the woods fairly often looking for mud or hunting and I would like a bit more ground clearance. I am taking the truck in to get a BDS level kit. BDS recommends a 17x9 with a 33in tire. My question is if I plan to stay on the wheels, what size tires can I run without rubbing during articulation? I wont be doing anything crazy but I like to be ready able to take my truck where I want to with worry. I plan to run Cooper STT tires.

I've got 33's on my 08 2500 leveled hemi, and I do moderate wheeling, lots of flex going over rocks and such. I never rub with this set up. True tire size is 285/70 r17 so like 32.8 inches by 11.4 inches wide. This is how it sits
