Tire size

I'm looking to buy a new set of tires and i want to know what is the biggest tire size I can fit on my 04 dodge ram 1500 2wd. Right now I have 275/60/20r (stock rims) I have a leveling kit on already. I'm just wondering what is the biggest I can go with out rubbing?

I went up to 305/50/20 Toyo Proxes ST2 tires on my truck. No rubbing and a good bit wider. Now if you were looking for taller, that I don't know yet.
