very doable. lol. pretty much copy the other mounts and pick where you want to put it.

Is the bar powder coated? I would way to grid down a brand new finish to weld to it but that's me

I would use the red stuff still
I should have said " you can't get it off with out heatig the bolt with a torch" lol

Yea I was about to say I see people running lights on their headache racks all the time, mine won't be much higher than that so I doubt I'll have issues

and it is powdercoated, I would hate to mess it up lol it's so pretty...lol

another option would be an angle bracket, just a piece of metal with a 90 degree bend, bolt on side to your bumper, the other to you light. thats something that you could do in your garage pretty easily.

yeah gonna go to home depot and check put the brackets and make a decision lol

with a bracket, should I worry at all about flex?

yes, get something stout, and know how you want to mount it, otherwise you might buy the bracket, than realise you can't put it on as you intended to. i go to Ace, they let me bring stuff out to my truck and check the fitment. i don't think the big stores let you do that, lol. than again all the people at Ace know i am constantly tinkering with one thing or another....lol

if you can't figure out how to get it mounted i'd be more than willing to put it on my truck for you so you know what it looks like....lol.

once you get some angle brackets you should be able to mount it perfectly. either thick metal, or something reinforced so you don't have to worry about it bouncing if you hit rough terrain with the lights on.

lol, push come to shove there is always gorilla tape and bailing wire. maybe a couple high test zip ties for anti theft......lol
