Tonneau cover

Does anyone know who manufactured this type of tonneau cover. I purchase it off of a 2005 ram 1500 no manufacturing tags or labels it needs you felt and rubber.

What does the sticker say on the back lip? Look under cover, you should find a manu plaque somewhere with info and also look for scribed info into cover like model/ser # and or builder.

On my cover, there is a small sticker/plate that has info. See arrow.
