Tonno pro awesome customer service! New free replacement Tonno!

i ordered a Tonno pro low roll for my 14 CC back in 2014and it worked as it should, every year we get a bunch of snow and hot a$$ summers. I transferred it over to my new 18 CC in December 2017 as of 2 weeks ago one of the support bars sewn in mounts tore out of the stiching and was hanging. I emailed the company I purchased from and Tonno pro sent out a full replacement cover (whole new everything) and had it installed within a week of reaching out. They sent a label to ship the old one back and everything.

Basically 4 almost 5 years old cover fully replaced for free is good customer service. And loving that 10year vinyl warranty. I expect this one to last as long. Tonno pro gets my vote!

Yea! Doesn’t happen often enough! I actually just had my carven tips replaced under warranty at the same time as this for free, so 2 great experiences.
