OP: Taking legal advice from internet is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, silly. The bottom line is: U find an attorney that deals with these type of cases. Pay the consultation fee: Present all your evidence and he/she will tell you the best path to proceed. But there is the arbitration clauses built into everything, and sorry to say but the Company has deep pockets. SO, IMHO, U be best to talking to a lawyer first to see which way to proceed. The lawyer can even assist you in the arbitration path if you choose. BUT once U talk LAWYER (lawsuit), and "Stellantis" gets wind, your getting any help from dealer, company, etc may be lost.So who do i name in the lawsuit for failure to honor their warranty, the dealership, Ram care in India, Stallantis or is Ram themselves?
They still are but they are called trucksReminds me of the Big 3 in Detroit in the 70’s…they were all putting out garbage and calling them automobiles
What choice do you have when buying a new truck regarding electronics?I was off base in my comments. Everyone's truck is unique and what the owner does to it is his or her business only. If you enjoy state-of-the-art electronics in your truck go for it. Best wishes in finding a solution to your problem.
