Fits 2003 - 2005 Ram 1500s only, it will not fit on the 06 - 08 trucks. The original hardware will be included, however I would recommend replacing it because they’re quite rusty. The part # is #82207916.
I cleaned and sanded it, added several coats of primer and Dupli-Color Bed Armor and then found out it would not fit my 06.
