Towing mode on the 2023 12 in display

Have a new 2023 ram 1500. We set up 2 profiles on the center display, for my wife and I. However on mine it won’t show all the gauges working on that tab. Will on my wife’s thought. Tried deleting it and making another profile already. It also shows trailer connected all the time as well. Didn’t know if that was normal or not. Thanks

Noticed the same essentially, was working for a period of time and just stopped one day and will only read when I have a trailer connected. Following to see if there is an answer.
