Anyone have a opinion on these tires? Like most everything personal preference is a individual thing. But I would welcome and opinions that you care to share.

Thanks

I have Cooper ST MAXX. Still good tread, wear like iron. Good tire for summer, dirt, gravel.
Soon as it snowed they became hockey pucks. Hated them. Getting stuck in a foot deep snow, sliding around on the ice, loss of control on the highway, can't stop in city traffic. Can't get going again.

Forget mud. Sure, an inch or two is fine. But get into some serious **** and your done.
But on the highway during summer.... they are great. Last many miles. Tough. Ride smooth.

The Toyo... IDK.
I run Goodyear Duratrac. Had a set on my last truck. Bought this truck with the MAXX on (near new) and thought they were nice. Winter hit. That sucked. Next winter came I had Duratracs on and put the MAXX in the yard by the fence. This is my second winter on these Tracs. Still many miles left. They'll be on next winter, I can already tell they'll last. I'll need to buy new again in winter of 2018/19.
I'm probably going to put the MAXX on my tandem flatdeck trailer. They'll last forever.

A buddy of mine has 37" Toyo R/T on his Cummins (dually) and he loves them. No complaints at all, hell he'll probably but another set when they are wore out.
