I am having an issue with my TPMS on my 2017 Ram 1500. The truck came with 275/60/20 on 20" chrome wheels. Have had no issues. About 45k on tires, decided to look around for possibly new wheels and tires, then sell my factory wheels. I picked up a set of 22" R/T wheels with Hankook tires. The wheels originally came off a 2013, but were used on a 2012. There is TPMS sensors in the new wheels, but my truck won't see them. I confirmed that all 4 wheels have sensors (a buddy has a sensor tool to verify them) I even plugged in his obd tool and tried to program to my truck, but it will not automatically see them. I cleared codes and the old tpms reading showed back on my dash, and only drove a few miles since, so it hasn't given the error light yet. But it will.
Everything worked fine with the factory wheels, but not the 2013 R/T wheels. Any help would be appreciated. I would rather not have to dismount the tires and put new sensors in if I don't have to.
