Tranny Swap?

Can anybody tell me if there will be a problem swapping in the auto tranny from my '95 2500 parts truck into my '99 1500 Sport?

The tranny is the only thing I need for my '99 (aside for a dash cap), so let me know if anybody needs anything else from the parts truck? The bed has some serious rust at the wheel wells..fyi

I could use the wiring harness for the rear end (driver side has the taillight/license plate lights/tow harness/rear wheel speed sensor. pass side has the taillight) who ever owned the truck prior to me made some "modifications" to the harness so its all jacked up. Still have the cab lights?
