Transmission issue

I have a 07 Ram 1500 after driving it around for the day I started to have an issue with the trani. It’s having trouble shifting down from 3rd gear. If I manually shift from first to second to third it’s fine. When I come up to a light it doesn’t down shift on its own. I did notice if I turn off the truck and unplug the battery for awhile it will run for awhile before it does it again.

I’m also getting this code.
