I would be very surprised at that price including the compressor that it was very high-quality. But I guess at that price it wouldn't be the end of the world if you bought it and it was junk.

I bought a compact denali airhorn for my motorcycle for $50 around probably 7 years ago now, and it still works fine (although mounted under my fender to protect it from the elements a little). I don't think you'd need to spend a lot, and I'd just go with black plastic so its discreet and no concerns of it flaking off over time, and mount the horn up by the grill. IMO it doesn't have to sound authentic trainhorn style, just loud enough to overpower whatever ghetto extreme bass music is rattling the license plate of the vehicle in front of you that's cutting you off or still sitting there on his phone 20 seconds after the light turned green. :)

Ideally you'd have a little switch inside though, because sometimes you just want a polite "toot-toot", and not the "BLUAAHAHAHAMOOOOOOOVE" full airhorn.

I figure as long as it works, can be wired to a separate switch and is louder then the stock horn I would be happy. My main use for an air horn is to get the attention of distracted drivers and people texting sitting at green lights.

Ram driver or Jessica Smith - do you have any videos or audio that demonstrate how loud it is?

Better. People will lose control of their bowels and may be rendered unable to reproduce. That may be an exaggeration but they're loud.

I had a Wolo Badboy compact dual air horn on my 2001 Dodge Dakota SLT scsb 4x4 and it was loud enough to be annoying. I was originally going to disconnect my horns and just use the Badboy by itself, but it was too shrill. So I hooked up the original horns along with the Badboy and it was nice and loud and annoying:)

I have one of their setups. Definitely a quality product and loud as hell. I work with trains and mine sounds exactly the same as a Diesel engine.
