Trouble codes referencing?

I've got the following codes

p0132
p0135
p0141
p0720

I'd like to get rid of them but I'm not certain what they refer too. I've read the sticky at the top of this section. But I need to know what exactly they refer to and how I can get rid of them.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

132,135,141 are all 02 sensor related, so time for all your 02 sensors to be replaced. 720 is the speed sensor on the rear diff, it also needs replacing.
