is there a possibility of air in the fuel pump/lines? Is the tank lift pump working? What's the rail fuel pressure while cranking?

Definitely those batteries are not enough cranking speed. Plus like above, it will have air in it from pulling the lines so turn the ign. On for 10 seconds 5 or 6 times to cycle the fuel pump. Then with fully charged or new batteries crank it.

Take note, if it's cool out when you are doing this, it will be cycling the grid heater every time so that will pull a bit from the batteries. You could unplug the relay.
After watching your clip though those batteries are weak.

Update: was able to get it to start after a long hard start (as shown in the second video) but it died a couple of seconds later. Pretty sure it’s either my cp3 or lift pump, luckily I have both of those waiting to be installed
