Trying to decide on a 68rfe or an AISIN

I'm about to order a 3500 Limited. I've never owned a high output, always the 68rfe.

What are the pros and cons to each, besides more maintenance on the AISIN.

Is one faster off the line than the other?
Accelerate faster?
THe 2020 AISIN I test drove I did not care for.

I don't need an AISIN, just thought about changing it up.
