TTPMS for monitoring your trailer

So I was reading the manual and I come across the section talking about being able to monitor my Travel Trailer tire pressure on my Ram
2019 Ram 2500 Bighorn with Trailer group and Level 2 package .... I found all these settings that are shown on this video but my Question is ...what sensors do I buy for the Trailer?

Any sensors will work. Because the truck is capable of learning the tpms sensors within a couple miles.
I have aftermarket sensors and didn’t need them programmed to work. Just drove home from the tire store and they calibrated themselves.
I think it’s cool that the 19’s have TTPMS.

I don’t remember the brand. They came with the tire n wheel package that I ordered.
Sorry.
Any off the shelf from a parts store like O’Reillys will work.

You may not need OEM sensors, but not just any sensor will work, different year and make/model vehicles use different radio frequencies.

It did change... I think it was 12/13 though. I had a 12 base model was given a set of wheels and tires off a 10 and had to take it to the dealer to get programmed. Why the tire shop couldn't do it I dont remember. But I know in 10 is when the feds made tpms a requirement on all vehicles.

The last time I bought new sensors I found that many people had reported problems with them failing, except for the ones made by Pacific Industrial Corp. who supplies the OEM sensors for many car manufacturers.
