Hello everyone,
I have the i2 Diablo tuner with the Hemifever tunes. I have experience with this tuner and have uploaded multiple tunes onto my truck with this device but now I’m having an issue and don’t know what to do.
Before the winter started I had a Hemifever 93 tune installed. Long story short.. Winter came, so I took it off to just save some money on fuel. Spring is now here and I uploaded the most recent tune onto my tuner and the process went as normal no problem. So the tuner said the newest tune was successfully installed. A couple days later I actually noticed the truck did not feel any different whatsoever . I realized the tune didn’t actually load somehow.
(Here’s essentially what’s going on I know there’s a lot of words in this post)
I requested a new file from Sean and reloaded the tune back into the tuner(tuner has received all
Updates). Then I went to load the tune into the truck and the tune vehicle button didn’t light up... so i played in the menus and finally got that button to light up. I went into the tune vehicle, advanced, custom tune. Selected the newest tune and then nothing happens.. right now I’m at a loss. None of my previous custom tunes will work either. I tried deleting tunes then reloading them and it still won’t work. I’m not sure what I should do as I called Diablo and they said contact the custom tuner, and I know it’s not Hemifever’s problem.
So is there any way I can completely reflash or reset the tuner to fix this issue? I’ll try to get a video to show what’s been happening
