Tweeting noise. Dealer cannot determine where it's coming from and in their fashion that means they will do nothing about it.

Seems to me like it's coming from the turbo. If anyone can help diagnose this noise or has a similar issue. Truck runs fine. The noise started at 15,000 miles.
