I just purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 . It has factory navigation with uconnect. I set it back to factory and tried to do the voice recognition but it's as if it is on mute. I can connect my smartphone and call out and hear the person on the other end but They cannot hear me. I push the VR button and it doesn't hear me. Also tried to do voice training to no avail. Any ideas on what this could be?
