I ordered a heated 6 liter ultrasonic parts cleaner, mostly for small engine carbs, but also for occasional race car carbs, rocker arms, tools, bolts, etc. too. What is anyone using in their tanks? I know the flash point of some solvents could be an issue, so that I would need to watch that, but has anyone come up with a good general solution for the ultrasonic units? This unit has a drain, so changing solvents for specific tasks shouldn't be an issue. I thought about just using WD40 for tools - clean and rust protect in one step. But for the rest - vinegar water, Simple Green, Purple Power, etc? Thanks, Willie.
