Uncalibrated Ride Height Senor

I have 2014 Ram 1500. I am trying to calibrate my ride height sensors. It came up with a message saying "ECU has detected that the request contains parameter(s) with value(s) outside allowable range". How do I fix this? I have been trying to calibrate these sensors for a while now. Do I need to get a code from the dealership or is it something I can do on my AlfaOBD. Any guidance will help. If not I may have to take it to the dealership to see if they can fix it.
